Additional notes: The element could possibly burn out or become damaged if the heater tube is not primed with water before the unit is switched on.

We highly recommend replacing damaged heaters with a complete heater assembly.

However the elements are easily changed by a recognised hot tub repair engineer.

Please ascertain the reason for heater failure prior to fitting a new product.

Warranty claims will not be accepted if the heater is damaged when fitting, overheated, run dry or fitted incorrectly.
